DAX Formula for blank text

Hi, can somebody please help me with a dax formula that returns a blank() if the text in a column returns a BLANK. I have tried the ISBLANK function but this only works for a numeric value. For example, some sales are linked to a salesperson but where there is no salesperson and I have salesperson in columns there is a BLANK text with a value where there is no salesperson, I would like to remove the BLANK text and its value from the report.

Have you tried placing the non-blank filter for "Salesperson" in the visual filters pane? (my example is for the field ITEM)
