In DAX Studio:
When I run: EVALUATE row("A",EOMONTH (min(Sales[OrderDate]),3))
I correctly get:
A |
10/31/2001 12:00:00 AM |
When I run: EVALUATE row("B",ENDOFMONTH (Sales[OrderDate])+1)
I incorrectly get:
B |
8/1/2004 12:00:00 AM |
I expected 8/1/2001
However, When I run:
EVALUATE
FILTER( ALL ( Calendar ),
'Calendar'[Date] >= ENDOFMONTH (Sales[OrderDate])+1
&&
'Calendar'[Date] <= EOMONTH (min(Sales[OrderDate]),3)
)
I unfortunately get:
Date |
8/16/2001 12:00:00 AM |
9/11/2001 12:00:00 AM |
10/24/2001 12:00:00 AM |
Can you explain? I expect a resultant date range from B to A.

Solved. Dropped the endofmonth and converted to eomonth for both filters.
