DAX : Create measure with translated names

Hi,

I have created a dataset with :
- field names are technical names

- each field has been translated with tabular editor like this :

Ben44_0-1675350566406.png

This works like a charm !

The problem is : when my users connect to the dataset (Connected live to ... dataset), and want to add a new measure like :

Measure = SUM(....
users are required to use the technical field name, and not the tanslated field name...

Is there a way to change that ?

Thx,
Ben

Hi @lbendlin,

Thank you for your answer. I did check this nice article, with a lot of resources.

Unfortunately, my problem is not mentioned in. Can't find how to use the translated field name when creating DAX measure.
