DAX CALC - HELP

I have the following Table

Label         Date2                      Date1

A                10-01-2023             08-01-2023

B                 12-01-2023            14-01-2023

C                 15-01-2023            12-01-2023
D                 16-01-2023            02-01-2023
How to develop a DAX measure (without use any calculated column) that returns in a card the number of labels where          (Date1-Date2) < 0

In This Case the CARD must return the value 3
