Customn column with different input tables. Correct usage of "Related"?

Hi!

I'm quite a PowerBI/DAX newb, so this is probably an easy one.

What I have:

2 tables that both have a column in it that allows me to have a 1:1 relation between these 2.

What I want:

Use data from both tables to have a new customn column that says: If data from table 1 and table 2 are all "1", then output is "1".

What I have now:

Location ready = IF((('List1'[Criteria1]="Ready")&&('List1'Criteria2]="Cleared")&&('List1'[Criteria3]="True")&&(RELATED('List2'[Criteria4]="Ready";"READY";"NOT READY"))))

The syntax is wrong. Can you guys and girls please help me?

Thanks!
