Hello All,
I'm having an issue with the total on my Customer Count and could use some help on why this is happening. The total for Customer Count in 2020 is 944, but when you look at the monthly breakdown those numbers don't add up. My New Customer Count seems to be working just fine. Here is my formula for Customer Count:
Customer Count = DISTINCTCOUNT(eBusinessActivity[CustomerId])
Pretty simple but for some reason I'm not understanding why my numbers for that column don't add up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

its because your customers could exists in dfferent monthes. so, in month level you see distinct customers count for the month
for total level - distinct count for year and it's not a sum of the month's distinct counts
