I have customer service data that tracks, for each record, the dates for certain events, such as:
* Opened (date the ticket was opened)
* Arrived (date the defective product arrived at our company)
* Sent (date we sent out the fixed product)
These are stored for each ticket. So, in the data, you have a first column with each ticket number and then subsequent columns that each show the date it was opened, arrrived and sent (which are left blank if any of these events have not taken place yet).
If you look at this across all dates, you will see that not all dates have all events. For example, you could have:
Date1: 3 opened, 0 arrived, 0 sent
Date2: 1 opened, 2 arrived, 0 sent
Date3: 0 opened, 0 arrived, 2 sent
I would like to, in both a matrix and in graphs, include all dates. So, as per the above example, you would see date1, date2, date3, etc. In the matrix, I have to choose the values for the axis. How do I set this up so that I show all dates, not just the dates of a certain series (for example, not choose the Opened series for the axis and therefore see only the dates on which you have at least one Opened event).
