Custom visuals Created By Microsoft

Are the custom visuals developed by Microsoft being supported by Microsoft?

Looks like these are not being upgraded/updated as the new features being updated, like the sync slicer feature does not work with Chiclet Slicer.

Makes me wonder if I could trust using ths custom ones eventhough they are developed by Microsoft.

Has any one come across issues with Microsoft custom visual and did Microsoft help in fixing it?

Sync slicer works on slicers for now rather than all the visuals. Please vote up this idea here.
