Custom tooltip is not working in Web Browser control

Hello,
I have a power Bi report which has a visual with a custom tooltip enabled. So when you hover on that visual you will we able to see a report level tooltip. 
We have Winform .Net application which  is using web browser control. There we are not able to see the custom tooltip on any of the visuals. Default tooltip is working.

I have the same problem.

My embedded report doesn't work properly. I have custom filters which apply for all visuals properly but custom tooltip doesn't work correctly unless refreshing page.

Hi @spathak04,

Confirmed by PG, POWER BI Embedded needs IE 11 mode. So if the web browser control can support can support IE 11 mode then it should work.

Hello,
No, we haven't find any solution yet. Our data is on-Premise and we also tried IE 11 but it is not working there too. 
We are not using cloud  version. Our data is on premise and we have installed a power BI report server where we kept our power Bi file. 
Please suggest some other solution.

By my test, the report tooltip page works for Embedded. 

However, I'm not familiar with Winform .Net application, so I have had a contact with PG and will update here if I get any information.
