Custom tooltip behaves different in desktop/published to web

Hi Guys,

Got a weird problem I've spotted. Using desktop I've created a viz showing the difference between 2 values (called net flow). When you hover on the point in the chart it should present the custom tooltip like so (desktop screen):

 

However, when published to web I don't get the same behaviour:

Any idea what this could be? Is it a known issue?

Hi @Anonymous,

That's weird. Is it possible you or someone in the app made changes of the tooltip page? Please check out the status of the tooltip page in the Service anyway.

Nothing that others could have changed...maybe I should log with Power BI team as feels like a bug...
