Custom subtotal in Quarterly Matrix

Hi,

I have quarterly data for some revenue that I want to categorise. For sake of confidentiality, here's a simple example:

CategoryQ1Q2Q3Q4FY Total (auto calculated in Matrix)
A$1$2$3$4
B
C
D
Row Total (Auto calculated in Matrix)

Hence I am displaying this using a matrix visual. What I want is for the Row Total to not calculate based on all 4 categories (A, B, C & D) but instead to calculate based on just C & D. Currently when I try & do it as a measure, it adds new columns next to Q1, 2 etc. rather than just creating a new row at the bottom with what I want. Any ideas how I would go about doing this?

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:
