Custom shape map of manufacturing plant

Hi,

I´d like to create a custom shape map of a manufacturing plant but I´m a bit lost on how to do it.

I have the .dwg of the plant (and a pdf). How can I "draw" the shapes of every work station in the plant and convert it to TopoJson? I´d really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

I don´t see how to get a TopoJSON file from a file without geo data. If someone knows please show us.

However, I´ve found a custom visual that solves this pretty nicely: Synoptic Panel by OKViz.
