Hi there,
I have created couple of reports where the font that is supposed to be used is Roboto. For getting the custom font to work, I have created a json theme file and imported in the Power BI desktop report. It's working fine in the desktop application in my system. However, when I published the report it does not render in the Power BI service when the report is viewed by another user who has been granted access.
Also, the same happens when it is embedded in the web page the report does not render the desired font. It falls back to Times New Roman or Arial.
Please suggest a solution to this issue.

@ghoshabhijeet Does the other user have Roboto installed on their system?
@ghoshabhijeet I am 99% certain that is your issue. Without the font being installed on the local system, it will revert back to a default like Times new roman, etc.
Hi!
I have the exact same issue. Has anyone found a way to solve this?
I am surprised that web fonts are not visible in the online version of Power BI. We use "Poppins" (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Poppins).
Thanks in advance!
Erik

Hi, I am having the same problem, but it is on the same system. I have the font (Montserrat) installed, am using it in Power BI Desktop, but when I publish it and view it on the same system that I created it from, the fonts don't translate to the published version. Thoughts?
I have the same problem, with the same Font (Montserrat). But the problem is not the other users but in my own computer, in Desktop I edit the reports well but once published in Services the font changes to Times.
