Custom column from DAX formula

Hello,

I'd like to add a custom column that calculates a Lookup just like the DAX does. I haven't chosen to do this in DAX because I need to transform the data before it gets into its final table state.

Appreciate any kind of help.

Thank you

Give this custom Column a shot

=Text.Combine(
let mystage=[CurrentStage]
in
Table.SelectRows(Score,each mystage>=[From] and mystage <= [To] )[Stage],
",")
