Custom Y axis (percentages) to start at zero though no data in some of the range

Hi

I did attempt to search on forum archives before posting as I'm sure this has been asked! But to be sure I have the correct answer.....

Found these previous threads

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Change-Y-axis-interval/m-p/356831

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Change-start-amp-end-points-amp-intervals-on-x-amp-y-axis/m...

Question is: can you custom Y axis to start at a custom start positon?

Issue is: line chart data value range starts say at 70% up to 100% but I want to show axis value starting from zero and the rest of the range though there's no data there. Is it possible please? Percentage_custom.JPG

@Eternally333 on the format pane, you can give the minimum (Starting range) which will get you what you are looking for.

I am coming back to this post because it's most related to my problem yet it doesn't solve my issue. I have a chart showing percentages by year. Years are selected from a slicer. Even though I fix the Y-axis as shown above, when I filter the year. It ignores the min which is 0% and zooms in that has a 30%-40% starting point. Can anyone let me know why it happens? Thank you.

Yes, it's just as easy as setting the y intercept to 0.

Go to your Visualisations panel, right click on the down arrow in your x axis field (which would be 'year' in your example) and then click on 'Show Items with no data';

Of course. I did try that and thought it failed as the lines became horizontal. Of course they would due to the scale. Thank you.
