Custom Visuals in Power BI

Can anyone tell me, what is the name of the visual in above image. One can click the text boxes in the above image so that the data will get changed. I got this image in one of the Microsoft Power BI AppSource Dashboards.I want to use this Visual in my reports. So, Please help me with the name of that visual.

It's looks like data of a report instead of a visual, please check the "Back to Report" and set check what the report look like.
