Custom Text filter is not working

Hi Team,

Both Desktop and service level, custom Text filter is not filtering the data. 

can please tell what is the problem and please suggest any other search text filter.

Hi Lokamba, 

I test Text Filter in my environment(July 2019  version 2.71.5523.941 (19.07)), which works well. What is your desktop version? You could try to update this to newest to see whether it work or not. And you need to click on serach button , then it will work
