Period 1 = 01/04/2021 to 01/05/2021
Period 2 = 03/05/2021 to 29/05/2021

Start Date = minx(filter(period, peiord[Start Date] <= Date[Date] && peiord[end Date] >= Date[Date] ), peiord[Start Date] )
same way
end Date = minx(filter(period, peiord[Start Date] <= Date[Date] && peiord[end Date] >= Date[Date] ), peiord[end Date] )
