I am new to Power BI and am struggling with updating my dashboards with 2019. I have several visuals that were created last year that shows data comparisons for 2018 to 2017. Now that 2019 has started, I need to show the comparisons as 2019 to 2018. I loaded the 2019 data in and select it to show only 2018 and 2019 but none of the visuals are picking up the 2019 data. What am I doing wrong and how can I get Power BI to pull the 2019 data into my visuals.
Hi @losoba,
Can you share the file if possible? You can only keep a few records to show the issue. Please mask the sensitive parts.
The possible cause is as follows.
1. The filters, such as the Page Level filter.
2. You hardcoded the year in the measures.
3. Not enough dates in the Calendar table.
Best Regards,
