Current week and previous week

Current Week Measure =
  VAR __Date = TODAY()
  VAR __CW = WEEKNUM(__Date)
  VAR __Result = SUMX(FILTER('Table',WEEKNUM('Table'[Date]) = __CW),[total profit])
RETURN
  __Result

Previous Week Measure =
  VAR __Date = TODAY()
  VAR __PW = WEEKNUM(__Date) - 1
  VAR __Result = SUMX(FILTER('Table',WEEKNUM('Table'[Date]) = __PW),[total profit])
RETURN
  __Result

Instead of today() can I use dynamic date or weeknum?
