Hi there,
I want to create a way to show the difference between the current months average deal size & the previous months average deal size.
I have measures for each created, but am struggling to create the right visualisation. I want to aim for something like the below image shows:
Please note the below example is based on a different context, but ultimately, that is what I would like to achieve. Instead of 'since last week', mine would show 'since last month' and the large value in bold would be represent this current months average deal size. The percentage difference value, the colour formatting used & the icon (up or down) used based on different results seen is what I am struggling to achieve.
This would be great to incorporate. Thanks for any support here. 🙂
@Mehal1996 out-of-box KPI card visual will also do this but first of all, you have to make sure your measures are doing what they are expected to do?

Hi Parry,
Thanks for the response, I understand the point made.
I have 2 measures currently which are outlined below:
- Current Month - Average Opp. Size = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Opps'[Total Opp Value]),'Calendar'[CurMonthOffset] = 0) +0
Hi, @Mehal1996
If your problem is not yet solved, would you be willing to share a portion of the data or a simple PBIX file for testing? If you have solved, you can share your own solution to help others find it.
