Current Month in slicer

Hi All,

I have an requirement to show current month as a default value. Could anyone help me on how to achieve this?

Hi @Arul, you can create a conditional column,

IF(MONTH(Date[Date]) = MONTH(TODAY()), "Current Month",
FORMAT(Date[Date],"mmmm"))

Select "Current Month" in the slicer & save your report.

@Arul , You have to create a new column in the date table and select this month in visual

Month Type = Switch( True(),
eomonth([Date],0) = eomonth(Today(),-1),"Last Month" ,
eomonth([Date],0)= eomonth(Today(),0),"This Month" ,
Format([Date],"MMM-YYYY")
)
