Current Fiscal Week Calculation

Hi all!

I feel like the solution to my problem is so simple, but I can't figure it out! Maybe it's because it's Monday...

I want to calculate a Fiscal YTD Profit Budget based on the current fiscal week.

Essentially:

FYTD Profit Budget = [YTD Profit] /

([TotalProfitBudget] / 52 * [CurrentFiscalWeek] )

I have my fiscal calendar created, but I can't seem to figure out a way to create a variable for the current fiscal week and use it in my measure. So I'm stuck. I don't want to have to select a date. I need it to generate based on today's date.

TIA!!

Thank you for your reply. I actually ended up coming up with a solution after brainstorming with my coworker. I ended up using CALCULATE() to sum the fiscal week and filter on today's date. Not sure it's the best method but it seems to be working! I think I was having an issue with my data types as well. I appreciate the response though!
