Cumulative total not working

I've done cumulative running totals before, but this is frustrating.  I can't get it to work.  My formula is correct, and I think my values are correct, but the graph is messed up looking.

Running Total COLUMN =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Table1[Tran Amount] ),
    ALL ( Table1 ),
    Table1[TrueDate] <= EARLIER ( Table1[TrueDate] )
)

The only major issue is that my dates are in serial form from Excel and when I try to convert in Power BI I get an error, so I read I had to have a calculated column to make the serials into dates.  Yes, I formatted the column as a date.  And there's no relationships here, all information is in one table.

TrueDate = FORMAT(Table1[Post Date],"YYYY-MM-DD")

Re: Cumulative total not working

@pikamatt,

This looks fine. It would be better to share a complete example.
