You need a measure like this:
Measure = CALCULATE ( SUM ( movimientos[Cantidad] ), FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'calendar' ), 'calendar'[fecha] <= MAX ( 'calendar'[fecha] ) ) )

I`m used this formula, but don`t work, summ all whitout date filter...
