Cumulative Total as Calculated column in continuous date table

Hi,
I need to have a cumulative count of the hired employees [Hired-terminated] in a date table where we have continuous dates available and we should be able to filter the cumulative count by all the dimensions available in the below sample data.
Below is the sample data: I need to take avg. headcount and plot on the line chart and this chart should be filterable by all the possible dimensions in below sample data.
