I sorted my data into intervals and have now measure that calculates a probability for a given interval. The table looks like this:
So, I need a new column that would show for the interval 5 the value of 0,06 + 0,18, etc.

You may use DAX below to add a measure.
Measure = VAR i = MAX ( 'Table'[Interval] ) RETURN SUMX ( FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[Interval] ), 'Table'[Interval] <= i ), [Probability] )
You should able to use earlier
