Cumulative Sum by Grouping of Measure Output

Hello,

I am having difficulty creating a cumulative sum measure, that uses the output of another measure.

What i would like to see is that the highlighted are the sum of 186,957 and 73,647, but grouped by the "Expired by date" column. So that each time the "Expired at date" value increases, the cumulative sum will increase by the ammount in the "Expired before start less sum of consumption at expiry date" column.

I have tried this measure but am only getting a duplicate fo the "expired before start..." column:

Cummulative Expired =

SUMX(SUMMARIZE(ShortageReport, 'ShortageReport'[RM / WIP Item Number ],
ShortageReport[Expired at date]),[Expired before start less sum of consumption at expiry date])

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Generally you cannot measure a measure.   Your new measure will have to implement the entire required logic again, independently.
