Cumulative Backlog Issue

I have used this formula to create a cumulative backlog for all the complaints that has been a backlog from the date it got received to closed,The case should accomadate from the time it got received to until it is due as a backlog, but it is showing only for that due month, Appreciate help on this regards.
 
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('table'[complaints]),FILTER('table',AND(MAX('Date'[Date])>='table'[DueDate],MAX('Date'[Date])<='table'[FinalDate_New])
