Cross filtering

Hi

I hope somebody can explain to me how it works, maybe i have misunderstood?

The way i understand it:

When applying cross filtering between lookup tables i can consider the tables as one.

I have 4 lookup tables which i have linked (blue circle).

Two of them are then linked to two data tables, so i should be able to choose any filter within the blue circle and it should affect the data tables?

However if i filter by the "Vognløb" (red circle with yellow) it is not affecting my data tables.

How should i work with cross filtering when i have more than to tables linked together?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jannikraun,

Would you please share detail information about “However if I filter by the "Vognløb" (red circle with yellow) it is not affecting my data tables.”? Do you mean put column "Vognløb" in a slicer visual to filter other tables? Which data tables are not filtered? It would be better if you share your pbix file. Please do not share sensitive data.

Regards,

Jimmy Tao
