Cross Table in Power BI Desktop

Hi everyone!
I have this data table.

The table shows the skill levels of the people listed in the first column.
The competences are those indicated in the column titles.

Then as values ​​there are the various levels: beginner, confident, expert.

 

I would like to create one or more visuals in Power Bi Desktop that show me three things:

1- by selecting the person's name in a filter, I want to see the skills they have and at what level.

2- by selecting the skill in a filter, I want to see the name of people who have that skill and at what level.

3- by selecting the skill and the skill level in a filter, I want to see the name of people that have that skill at that level.

@V9_ero , I think you should unpivot all skills columns , then use the table
