Hello,
Would anyone know how to produce reference lines in a chart that shows the difference between two measurements? I have provided a picture below, the red reference line is what I am trying to replicate in Power Bi. Any help would be great!

Look in the Appsource for Bullet Chart. OKViz has one, I think there are a few others that might do what you want.
