Creating new table by extracting some columns from two tables

I have two tables with different columns.I extracted some columns from table1 and extracted some columns from table2.Now I would like to put those columns into one table.

Could you please share sample data of the two tables and post expected result here? Also we need to know what is the relationship between the two tables.
