So i have a requirement, where I would like to compare my Date field with Today's Date or any other Date Field and if it has passed the date. I would like to do a conditional formatting on the rows. Is it possible?
I know Conditional formatting doesnt work for Dates but was thinking if I can just create a measure value as 0 and 1 for Date which has passed a condition and apply formatting. Need more thoughts over this. Waiting!!!

Assume highlight [RateChangeDate] if [RateChangeDate] greater than [ModifiedDate], you can create a measure below:
Measure = IF(MAX('Query2'[RateChangeDate])<=MAX('Query2'[ModifiedDate]),0,1)
Then set conditional formatting for [RateChangeDate] column like below:
