Creating an Item Status Based on Transaction Dates

I am trying to create a daily item status based on the transaction date.

 

In the picture below you can see a basic example of what my data looks like and on the right you can see what I'm shooting for. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks!

I think the first step should probably be to unpivot the data so it looks something like:

 

ID     Event     Date

1     Order Date      1/1/2015

1     Invoice Date     1/4/2016

1     Retail Date       1/7/2016

 

After that your results are just a straight pivot of the source data. You can unpivot using the features inside Power BI or possibly do it in your source system depending on what it is.
