Creating a table that is used as a slicer but derived from three other tables in the datasource

I have three tables that need to be created to be used as a slicer.

Essentially I need two columns from this table:

Trade and Manager

And one column from this table:

and one column from this table:

I'm looking to unpivot the resulting table into one table where the column metadata will be the rows and the values in the row will be the column metadata.

How can I create a resulting view that has this type of data. Do I have to read these as datasources and do a transform on the load?

@Anonymous Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
