Creating a table of each tuple from two lists

Dear Power BI community,

I'm trying to convert two lists into a table, like so (source lists on the left, desired result on the right):

Each element of each list must be combined with every other element. I'm struggling to put it in words, hopefully the image explains what i want.

How to do this in Power BI?

I found List.Zip, that seems to work, but I get a resulting column with lists, and I don't know how to expand each of them.
