Does your organization have an Office 365 tenancy already setup?

You might want to get with your system administrator and see what the process is for new O365 accounts. If you haven't created a trust with your local Active Directory, your accounts will be something like jdoe@myorganization.onmicrosoft.com.

Hi @mellas_k,

First, Power BI requires that you use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Power BI does not support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com and others. If you try to sign up with a personal email address, you will get a message indicating tocheck your email.

Second, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you and your recipients need a Power BI Pro license. There is not a way to get the Power BI Pro license as an individual. You will need to speak to your IT Admin to purchase and assign the license to your account. For more information, see Purchasing Power BI Pro.

More details for signing up an Power BI account, please review this article.

Best Regards,
Angelia

Could you provide a little more clarification on what you're trying to do?

To upload and share a Power BI report, you have to use an organizational account. This could be through a company you work for, or a school you attend. If you use an organizational account, you can upload your PBIX into a report + dataset that can be shared with other people in your organization via a workspace, app, or content pack.
