Creating a new column with unduplicated values

I have a table that I am trying to keep all of the CC Row IDs but want to replace everything but the first value in Booking ID and GTR columns by Row ID with a zero (see table below). Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

I would really appreciate some guidance on how to possibly tackle this issue Capture.PNG

@Anonymous this can be achieved in power query, bit hard to explain here, if you can share sample data in excel file and can get you the solution.

Not really sure how to attach an excel file, but here is sample data set that would be relatively easy to recreate and use to build a query I think

Capture.PNGIdeally, I am looking for the three rows of 10EDW, 2 rows of 12MWA, and single rows of 17ZJB and 61YTR to be kept, but the booking ID and revenue to show for the first row of 10EDW, etc.
