Creating a drill down report in an expand/collapse format.

npr_final.jpg

Above, is a report that I want to create using Power BI. The description for this report is as below:

  • It consists of three tables - Table A, Table B and Table C.
  • There is a maximum of three level drill down in this report(the image shows just two levels of drill down, e.g. Total->Baseline Target/Adjustments).
  • On expansion/collapse of any value of Table A(e.g. Total) the next level for all the three tables(i.e. Table A, Table B and Table C) should expand/collapse.

My ask is to achieve the same report using Power BI. How much of this is possible?

Thanks!

Any updates for this report?

Something similar to the image above will also be helpful.

@tugar Unfortunately we currently don't have Collapse/Expand buttons!

Please Vote here if you'd like to see them added to PBI

This looks like a matrix visualization and a couple table visualizations, but it is hard to know if you can achieve the effect you desire without some sample data.
