I have a table with data that includes a column Total Visits. I want to create an additional calculated column referencing the Quartile that that row's visit number falls in. The end goal is to use the quartile as the legend on a bar chart.

What is your excepted output? I cannot catch the quartile labels here? Did you want to get the quater of a year like the formula as below.
Column = FORMAT('Sheet1'[Metric Date],"Q")
