Created measures, but need to see the actual records that make up the results in the table

 

I created neasures to look at responses in columns and calculate which responses are safe, vs at risk.  If a checklist response is "N" in the confrom column it is at risk, if it is marked  "Y" is is safe.  I divide the number of safe responses by the total number of resonses to get the % and do the same to calulate the persentage at risk.  People want to drill down into these results and see the records that make up these results.  I am stumped on how to do this.

Also if any one has any sugeestions on the best way to self teach myself DAX and Power bi it would be greatly appreciated!
