Created Vs Resolved Monthly tickets

Hi All,

Attached is how my data is shaped and i have also attached an pbix with the same data.

In the raw data i have total 136 tickets (100 in aug and 36 in Sep). Out of these 88 were closed in Aug and 26 were closed in Sep, remaining 20 are still in progress.

I would like to show ticket Created and Closed tickets in each month for e.g. as per the data for the mont of august i should have 100 as created and 88 tickets as closed. When i am plotting the numbers on the graph i am getting the result as below Created 100 and Closed 90 wherein i should get 88 as closed.

Hello @Anonymous

Can't access the file. I guess you need to update the sharing rights.

Cheers!

@Anonymous , Yet to check Pbix. But refer to this blog that deals with Start/Created, end /Close and Current/open. If this can help
