Create wizards with user input and decisions

Hi,

Is powerBI just to view static charts with filtering?   I want to use the powerBI data to create user flows and wizard to take decisions and create final score.

For example:

Wizard that ask questions the user, the data come from powerBI, then answers can go to next powerBI table/data, and flow continue till decision is taken, again based on power BI data and logic.

That's a broad question and depends on specifics. However, Power BI is designed to work and interoperate with PowerApps PowerApps visual and Power Automate to accomplish the sorts of things that you are describing. Whether or not such functionality belongs in Power BI or rather in Power Apps or what part each of these play in a solution is impossible to tell with the information provided. 

Specifically, what are you trying to accomplish?

I build a website which ask you questions inorder to propt you the relevant data (that I have in power BI).   for example,  nice exepriecne of questions like, how much you earn a month,  whats your occupation etc,   then can bring relevant power BI dashboards and present them filtered (rather then present everything and ask user to stat filter again...).   I think I want to use JS or other not forced working with Power Apps.

So question what powerBI can do with this and if not can it get parameters from outside.

and if I use pwoerapps or flow, can they interface specific reoprts in power BI back and forth (e.g. rather than just dump iframe or dashboard as a block)
