Hi
I am hoping someone can help me
I would like to compare an employees career history against the average of all employees in a single table. Where the average does not include the employees months if they are still in that role
I therefore need to show the number of months in each role within the organisation. So for example
Role 1 Role 2 Role 3
Employee A 4 5 6
Employee B 10 11
Average 7 5
The Average for role 2 is 5 as the 11 months for employee B is not included in the total as they are still active in this role.
I have calculated the average row using AVERAGEX
However I now want to display in a single table the employees filtered together with the average line. So for example I would want to show Employee A and the average or Employee B and the average only.
How do I do this?
