And I would like a table like:

sku	Product	offer	demand
3251	A	10	15
8489	B	20	25

The idea of ​​doing this is because I need the supply-demand, so that's why I want to separate them into 2 columns so that later I can create another one that has the subtraction. How could you make this move on the table?

Pivot the Item column in the query editor.

I was doing that but I created something this style:

sku	product	offer	demand
3251	A	10	0
3251	A	0	15
8489	B	20	0
8489	B	0	25
