Create new table based on distinct column from another table

Hello,

My table follows this structure:

Name   CODE   DateLab
JohnWWW09/04/2021  1
JohnWWW09/04/2021  1
JohnWWW09/04/2021  1
LisaZZZ11/09/2021  9
LisaZZZ11/09/2021  9
EricQQQ01/01/2021  5
KimberDDD12/12/2021  8
KimberDDD12/12/2021  8

I would like to create a calculated table that shows all columns from the original table, but only distinct rows based on the CODE column.

My expected result would be a new table like this:

Name   CODE  Date           Lab
JohnWWW09/04/2021  1
LisaZZZ11/09/2021  9
EricQQQ01/01/2021  5
KimberDDD12/12/2021  8

Can someone help me?
