Create new measure from two fact tables

Hello everyone,

I'm having issues creating a new measure with data from two fact tables.

My two fact Tables are Contract Statistics and Object Statistics.

These are both related to the dimension table Object.

On the table Contract Statistics I have the column Rental Duration, which tells me for how many days an object has been rented for a contract.

On the table Object Statistics I have the column Available Days, which tells me for how many days in a certain period an object is available for renting.

I have to calculate a coefficient which is Duration of rent/Available days for a given object in a given period.

Is there a standard way to perform this sort of calculation inside PowerBI?

Any help is appreciated...

Thank you all very much!
