Is there a way on the client side you can create multiple account on Power BI, i saw i working example showing this via Google Chrome add or manage account/people.My quesion is there a way users when being created, can be able to view the file simentenously? Meaning if i have 3 users created on 'Managed People' on Google Chrome as a Browser, Access same file as PDF or CVS simenteously without updating that document?
I need this understanding for client perspective, not developers perspective. I have attempted to created more than 3 today, but my next step is to see if they can view the file i sent or published on the Power-BI. If there is more option to this please guide me as to how based on what i know so far, thanks.

For your case, I think you need to ask O365 global administrator for one or two test accounts for power bi.
Then use them as client perspectives in developing a report.
As we develop and test a report, we will deploy it to power bi service and test it by switch another test account.

Is that a software on its own? offered by Microsoft or one of the extension supported by Power BI?
