Create average column based on group of position

Hi,

I would like a column that is obtained based on the average of the salary market and visualized with the actual salary of the employee.

ID	Position	Salary
1	Analyst	26,500
2	Sr. Analyst	24,100
3	Sr. Analyst	29,750
4	Analyst	19,250
5	Analyst Manager	42,050
6	Analyst	23,675
7	Analyst	25,860
